You will collaborate with teammates, maintain store presentation, restock, support omnichannel programs, and help create an inclusive, high-energy environment. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with flexible availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or above.
• Legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed to maintain store standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address issues and make it right for guests.
• Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment and support store operations.
