Watsons Malaysia is seeking retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure stock levels meet demand. You will handle cashier duties and promote VIP membership, while upholding Watsons standard operating procedures. Flexible hours and both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Ideal candidates possess a pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow up tasks effectively to drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bright and friendly personality with strong communication.
• At least PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/ A-Level/Pre-U or professional certificate holder.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills; results oriented.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Full or part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers.
• Coordinate sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure correct selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Perform cashier functions and promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards.
• Maintain procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• Undertake other tasks as required by superiors.
