Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking retail staff to provide professional service to customers and promote VIP membership. The role requires maintaining stock levels, applying proper selling techniques, and meeting sales targets in a busy store environment.

Candidates should have a pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Full/part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Must possess at least PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, or Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers.
• Coordinate sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure correct selling techniques and achieve targets.
• Perform cashier duties and promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards.
• Maintain procedures according to Operations Standards.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
