Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Coach in Kuala Lumpur to partner with store leaders and retail teams.

The goal is to observe, coach, and elevate client experience and brand attitudes, ensuring selling skills are demonstrated consistently on the sales floor, with the aim of creating Tiffany Brand Ambassadors who are passionate about our clients, brand, and products. Qualifications

Expert knowledge in Retail Leadership.
Proven track record with progressive coaching approach.
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact strategically with a broad range of stakeholders.
Lead and inspire as a role model as a Retail Coach.
Encourage growth mindset and winning spirit.

Responsibilities

Partner with store leaders to observe and coach client experience and selling skills.
Develop coaching plans and log progress against knowledge and brand standards.
Update LMS records and maintain coaching logs.
Lead leadership development of store leaders through feedback and rituals.
Organize training calendars and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
Monitor training impact through in-store observations and follow-ups.
