Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve commercial success and exceptional client experiences.
• Identify training needs and develop team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Embed LVMH culture within the team and ensure alignment with values.
• Maintain product knowledge and oversee inventory and presentation.
• Drive sales targets and implement effective strategies.
• Collaborate with other managers and visual merchandising to optimize layout and product placement.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and ensure smooth workflows.
