CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform with operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. We are seeking a Sales Adviser to engage customers, explain the Carsome inventory, and guide them through from inquiry to financing, ensuring smooth, documented transactions.

Training will be provided. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment, attend to walk-ins and online inquiries, and contribute to achieving team targets through

Formación

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or airline industries preferred.
• Good listening skills and strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to help customers find a vehicle meeting their needs.
• Guide customers from sale to appraisal, test drives, and financing.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host live product demos and Q&A, drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Sell and source high quality used cars to expand inventory and hit team targets.
