CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform. We are expanding our sales team in Malaysia to meet demand and deliver a seamless car-buying experience for customers.

You will engage with walk-in and online inquiries, showcase vehicles, guide customers through tests, financing, and documentation, and contribute to meeting team sales targets with a proactive, customer-first approach.

Formación

• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Good listening skills and strong customer focus
• High level of self-motivation

Responsabilidades

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry
• Use knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions
• Host live product demonstrations and drive virtual showroom traffic
• Sell and source high quality used cars to expand inventory and meet team targets
