Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Associate to prepare the store for shoppers, greet customers, and assist with product selection.

You will support stock checks, merchandize cleanliness, and learn our training plan to become a product specialist. The role requires excellent English, a diploma or higher, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Required education: Diploma/ Bachelor Degree and above.
• Good in English (in terms of communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.
