Premium Department Store (Singapore) is seeking a Retail Associate to be the first point of contact in-store, delivering friendly service and supporting sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will assist customers, share product information, and handle queries while maintaining store standards and housekeeping. The role requires a positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in any field.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Singapore.
• Team player who contributes to sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Share product information, features and benefits with customers, and help them with their shopping needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• Give customers accurate, up-to-date information on store policies, services and promotions, and handle their queries and feedback.
• Follow the company’s service standards when attending to customers.
• Perform stock counts and report discrepancies, defective or damaged items and markdowns to the supervisor.
• Manage replenishment, transfer and return of merchandise.
• Carry out routine checks on displays, fixtures and the sales area to keep housekeeping standards.
• Handle signage requisition, gift-wrapping, and follow-ups on alterations, repairs, reservations and deliveries.

Who We’re Looking For
