Job summary

VERONA BAKE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Midtown KL. You will recommend products, assist customers, and complete sales with accuracy. The role requires good communication in Malay/English (or Mandarin) and the ability to handle payments while maintaining store presentation.

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
