Welcome and greet customers with a friendly smile, offer basket, and confidently share styling tips as a true UNIQLO product expert.
Follow the company's training plan and actively learn new skills to grow your role. Learn LifeWear philosophy and service standards through structured training.
Take ownership of your assigned product area. Understand its selling points, identify challenges, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Build a positive and respectful workplace by supporting colleagues and collaborating openly to keep a team united and healthy working environment.
Assist in day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, fitting room support, inventory arrangement, product replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks when required.
Diploma holder and above.
Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Willing to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Genuine interest in UNIQLO, LifeWear philosophy, and fashion.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a strong customer-first mindset.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
