Padini Concepts Store at Queensbay Mall in Penang is seeking a Retail Associate Advisor to deliver excellent service and support stock movement and cashiering functions. The role requires dedication to store upkeep and knowledge of merchandise and pricing.

The successful candidate will join a team handling opening/closing, stock takes, and store rezoning tasks, with performance bonuses and medical insurance included in benefits.

Qualifications

• SPM with/without working experience.
• Pleasant, passionate and customer oriented.
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Study and understand all merchandise and price points available in the store.
• To equip with basic system support on stock movement and cashiering.
• Involve in oats opening and day end closing.
• Involve in the new stores setup and other existing stores rezoning.
• Assist and support operations team during stock take period.
