Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is hiring a Retail Associate Advisor for Brands Outlet Pavilion Bukit Jalil. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with stock movement and cashiering, and help maintain store presentation on shift, including weekends and public holidays.

You will learn merchandise details, operate basic POS systems, and support stock takes and store openings/rezoning as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• SPM with / without working experience.
• Pleasant, passionate and customer oriented.
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Study and understand all merchandise and price points available in the store.
• Equip with basic system support on stock movement and cashiering.
• Involve in opening and day end closing.
• Involve in the new stores setup and other existing stores rezoning.
• Assist and support operations team during stock take period.
