Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad (50202-A) is seeking a Retail Associate Advisor for Brands Outlet 1st Avenue in Malaysia. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, learn merchandise and pricing, and support stock movement and cashiering processes.

The role requires SPM or higher, a customer‑oriented attitude, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Training is provided and employees receive benefits such as insurance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• SPM with / without working experience.
• Pleasant, passionate and customer oriented.
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Study and understand all merchandise and price points available in the store.
• Equip with basic system support on stock movement and cashiering.
• Involve in opening and day end closing.
• Involve in the new stores setup and other existing stores rezoning.
• Assist and support operations team during stock take period.
