Padini Holdings Berhad’s Brands Outlet at Plaza Gurney in Penang seeks a Retail Associate Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness and learn the merchandise.

You will assist with stock movement, cashier duties, opening and closing, and support store openings and rezoning as needed; prior retail experience is preferred and shift work including weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• SPM with / without working experience.
• Pleasant, passionate and customer oriented.
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Study and understand all merchandise and price points available in the store.
• To equip with basic system support on stock movement and cashiering.
• Involve in oat opening and day end closing.
• Involve in the new stores setup and other existing stores rezoning.
• Assist and support operations team during stock take period.
