Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a Retail Associate Advisor for Brands Outlet Paradigm Mall JB to deliver excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and drive sales across all merchandise.

You will handle basic stock movement, cashiering, opening and day-end closing, and assist with new store setups and stock takes, while working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• SPM with / without working experience.
• Pleasant, passionate and customer oriented.
• Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Study and understand all merchandise and price points available in the store.
• Equip with basic system support on stock movement and cashiering.
• Involve in store opening and day end closing.
• Involve in the new stores setup and other existing stores rezoning.
• Assist and support operations team during stock take period.
