Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet walk-in customers and help them find products that suit their needs. You will process sales and ensure accurate invoicing and payments, while maintaining an inviting store layout.

The role requires a neat appearance, a customer-oriented and proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Weekend shifts may be required.

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
