Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Mesra Mall store. You will help drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and ensure superior customer service while coaching a frontline team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with SOPs, aiming to deliver an unmatched shopping experience and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RSM in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets.
• Support the management of daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with SOPs.
• Assist the RSM in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation, and resolving customer issues.
• Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the RSM in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.
• Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the RSM.

To support the Retail Store Manager (RSM) in daily store management at Mesra Mall. This role assists in driving sales and service performance, ensuring operational compliance, and supporting the store team to deliver an unmatched customer experience and achieve targets.
