Watsons Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Assistant for THE EXCHANGE TRX to uphold high standards of friendly, professional service.

You will handle cashier duties, promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, and help keep customers informed and satisfied. The role requires pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Education & Experience:

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.

Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.

Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
