Job summary

Love, Bonito in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Associate to welcome guests, offer colour, fit and silhouette advice, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across all sizes and colors.

You will maintain a clean, well-stocked floor, assist with stock replenishment, and collaborate with the store manager to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service during weekdays and weekends. Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in product launches, workshops and events for guests.
• Assist guests with colour, fit and silhouette advice to meet needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience with stock on floor and in colours/sizes.
• Maintain a clean, inviting floor and fitting rooms.
• Receive and process stock, returns, and transfers; support stock takes.
• Operate POS to process payments and assist cashing-out.
• Collaborate with store manager to drive sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments
• Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance
