Job summary

PLC PET LOVERS CENTRE SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) is seeking a customer service representative to support daily store operations and drive sales targets in Malaysia.

The role includes cashiering, promoting PLC memberships, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean showroom for pets and customers. The ideal candidate is hardworking, personable, and communicative, with a self-motivated sales mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome, and weekend/public holiday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the retail store to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform cashiering functions and balance cash registers.
• Promote PLC memberships and renewals to meet customer needs.
• Assist in replenishing stock and participate in stock-take exercises.
• Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff, customers and pets.
• Handle other daily operations duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements
