Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a full-time in-store Retail Associate in Malaysia to create exciting experiences for guests and guide them on style choices. You will drive sales for key products, manage stock across all colors and sizes, and ensure a well-organized fitting room and floor.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong English and Malay/Mandarin communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Training and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in fashion/retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay/ Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Create excitement in product launches, workshops and events for customers.
• Assist customers with colour, fit, style and silhouette recommendations.
• Promote styles/new arrivals to drive sales and conversion in-store.
• Ensure merchandise is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor.
• Maintain a clean shopping environment on floor and fitting rooms.
• Receive and process stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers; assist stock takes.
• Handle cashier duties using the POS system and mall loyalty cards/vouchers.
• Assist in processing online returns/exchanges in-store.
• Build rapport with customers to create a loyal base.
• Adhere to SOP for store maintenance, visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with store manager to drive sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to customers and offering advice on colour, fit, style and silhouette to best suit their needs
• Promote key styles/new arrivals and bestselling products to drive sales and conversion in-store to achieve sales targets
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the sales floor
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take/stock count exercises
• Cashiering duties managing the POS system to process payments, and process as any mall loyalty cards/vouchers
• To assist in processing and handling customer online returns/exchanges in-stores
• Establish rapport with potential and current customers to build strong regular customer base
• Responsible for adhering to SOP for store maintenance, visual merchandising excellence, and housekeeping duties
• Work with the store manager to drive sales performance

Hours

• Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and/or afternoon shifts/Fullshift
• All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company
• No working experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply!
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
