Job summary

Love, Bonito in Bayan Lepas, Penang invites enthusiastic retail professionals to join our in-store team. This full-time position offers a 45-hour week across morning/afternoon shifts, with weekend availability expected.

You will assist guests with colour, fit and silhouette advice, maintain stock and a clean floor, and ensure a seamless shopping experience from stock receipt to cashiering using the POS system.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/retail.
• 2+ years in retail welcomed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay/Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in product launches, workshops and events for guests.
• 2 Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette.
• 3 Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure merchandise is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor.
• 4 Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.
• 5 Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, and support stock takes.
• 6 Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.

Requirements

Hours

• Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and/or afternoon shifts
• Part-time: minimum 4 hours per day, able to work on weekdays/weekends and public holidays
• All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company
• No retail experience are welcome to apply!
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin
