About the role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join the team at BLT Electronics SDN BHD in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail operations. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers on the shop floor, promoting our product range, and contributing to a positive shopping experience that drives customer loyalty and business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing assistance with product selection and enquiries
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain knowledge of current product inventory, stock levels and availability
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, organising and displaying merchandise on the shop floor
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised retail environment
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating where necessary
• Support promotional activities and campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and team objectives

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service (preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates)
