Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is hiring a friendly retail associate to greet customers, promote products, and assist with upselling to meet targets. You will help with stock arrivals, arrange displays, and ensure shelves are labelled and well-stocked.

The role includes cashier replacement duties, store maintenance, and ensuring a clean, visually appealing store. Flexibility for weekends/holidays with a customer-centric attitude is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
