Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Store Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products across Xiaomi hardware, software, and services. You will learn continuously and support store operations to deliver memorable service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, handling customer inquiries and basic technical support, meeting sales targets, and participating in visual merchandising and events at locations

Qualifications

• Strong passion for retail, with a proactive mindset, learning agility, and a sense of ownership.
• Prior frontline retail experience preferred; familiarity with Xiaomi’s New Retail model is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of store sales experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry preferred.
• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
