Job summary

GS CYCLE SDN. BHD. is seeking a branch operations leader to oversee daily activities across multiple outlets in Klang Valley. You will ensure policy compliance, provide on-site support, drive sales initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and smooth, efficient workflows.

Travel regularly to branches within Klang Valley to conduct operational reviews, provide on-site support, ensure consistency in execution, and address branch specific needs.

Monitor branch sales performance, execute marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Mentor, coach, and develop branch teams by setting clear KPIs, conducting performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and fostering a high-performing, motivated, and positive work culture.

Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service while professionally handling escalated customer complaints and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.

Track branch and team performance through regular monitoring, reporting, and analysis.

Uphold all company safety, operational and brand standards across all branches, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for employees and customers.
