The role requires English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, a minimum of SPM, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Mandarin is an advantage, and sales or telemarketing experience helps.

Qualificações

• Minimum education qualification is SPM.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales scripts to persuade customers to purchase.
• Explain products and prices; answer customer questions.
• Record customer details and services purchased per process.
