Job summary

HTFU Restaurant Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable outlet supervisor to oversee daily operations and guide a team toward operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, hospitality or retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Responsible, proactive and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, guide and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and overall customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in manpower planning and daily work allocation.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance.
• Conduct training and coaching for new and existing employees.
• Assist in stock management, inventory control and receiving deliveries.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, equipment maintenance and workplace safety.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager / Area Coach/ Head of Operations.
