Tuck Sang Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Manager/Supervisor for our restaurant outlet in Malaysia. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service and food quality, and lead a team to deliver a great guest experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in F&B or retail, Mandarin-speaking abilities, and strong communication. You will assign tasks, handle feedback, recruit and train staff, monitor performance, manage cash handling, and organize team meetings to drive sales while maintaining

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B or retail.
• Mandarin speaking ability due to Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to interact with customers and team members at all levels.
• Self-motivated and passionate about the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily outlet operations
• Assign tasks and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
• Handle customer feedback, inquiries and complaints professionally
• Recruit, train and guide new employees
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper maintenance of the outlet
• Plan marketing activities and promotions to increase sales
• Monitor sales, expenses and assist with cash handling and reporting
• Organize team meetings and resolve operational issues
• Perform other duties assigned by management
