Job summary

FirePitz is a modern casual dining brand in Malaysia seeking a Receptionist/Service Crew to be the heart of the guest experience. You will greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure smooth service flow between front of house and kitchen teams.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, with 1 year in F&B or hospitality, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. Diploma preferred. You’ll help maintain a welcoming atmosphere and support events.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Service Management preferred.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
