Responsabilités

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance to ensure quality service.
• Monitor food prep, presentation, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supplier orders.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Maintain cash handling and daily sales records.
• Support promotions to drive engagement and sales.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
