Job summary

PositiveLinks Asia is seeking a store operations professional to support restaurant activities, coordinate solutions to challenges, and drive data-driven improvements. The role focuses on inventory planning, demand forecasting, and coordinating across teams to ensure smooth store execution.

The candidate will plan product launches, monitor campaigns, and maintain accurate reporting systems while supporting health, safety, and environment initiatives across locations.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations and coordinate solutions for operational challenges.
• Manage inventory planning, stock monitoring, demand forecasting, and supply-related issues.
• Plan and execute new product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring store readiness, product availability, POS setup, and team communications.
• Coordinate store testing and pilot programs, monitor results, and recommend improvements.
• Track and facilitate work-in-progress (WIP) projects related to new product development and operational initiatives.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute operational reports on sales, inventory, campaigns, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain and enhance operational systems to ensure accurate data reporting.
• Collaborate with Area Coaches, Regional Coaches, and support teams to ensure effective store-level execution.
• Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance, audits, and safety initiatives across restaurants.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and undertake ad hoc assignments to support business needs.
