Job summary

FARM FRESH JOMCHA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations across outlets, ensuring efficiency, quality and smooth execution. The role coordinates with HR, procurement and marketing to maintain high service standards.

You will monitor sales, service and productivity, manage stock, costs and SOP compliance, and support staff training while preparing operational reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations (F&B/retail preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel (if managing multiple outlets).
