Job summary

INITIA Group SG in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an F&B Operations Manager to lead daily operations and performance across all outlets. You will supervise Restaurant Managers, drive consistency with brand standards, and oversee safety, cost control and service quality.

The role requires strong leadership and business acumen, with the ability to manage staff and resources effectively to meet financial and guest satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B/retail leadership experience at managerial level.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Mandarin or Korean language ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of all INITIA Group's F&B outlets and branches.
• Supervise and provide leadership to Restaurant Managers across locations.
• Monitor outlet performance, ensure brand standards, and identify improvements.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure outlets comply with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Oversee vendor contracts and billing and supply chain accuracy.
• Support recruitment, training and development of service staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations for outlet leaders and foster high performance.
• Set sales targets, promotions and service strategies to optimise revenue.
• Handle escalated customer feedback and complex operational issues.
