Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Outlet Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, menu planning, sanitation, and staff supervision. The role partners with culinary leadership to position the outlet competitively and maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will lead training, monitor service standards, manage inventories and purchasing, and collaborate with local marketing and events to drive demand during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related major; 2 years in F&B.
