Responsibilities

Provides direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
Leads staff and ensures appropriate coverage in employees' absence.
Guides subordinates, sets performance standards and monitors results.
Uses interpersonal skills to lead, influence and coach others while upholding brand standards.
Encourages teamwork and maintains open, collaborative relationships within the kitchen.
