Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure peak efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and ordering to prevent shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety; prepare for HALAL and health inspections.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new talent.
• Conduct ongoing staff training on menu knowledge and service.
• Manage shift scheduling for peak periods.
• Set the tone for hospitality and guest experience.
• Collaborate with management on promotions and upselling strategies.
• Assist payroll, cash handling and daily sales reporting.
