Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated candidate to assist the Supervisor/Manager in daily restaurant operations and to supervise Service Crew to ensure excellent customer service.

You will monitor staff performance, attendance and assignments; maintain food quality, SOP compliance and handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. The role covers opening/closing, cashier accuracy, stock control and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leadership experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to learn and develop a career in F&B management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor/Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and guide Service Crew to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and daily work assignments.
• Ensure food quality, service standards and company SOPs are followed.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cashier operations and ensure accurate handling of payments.
• Assist in stock checking, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support the team during peak hours and ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with staff training and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare or assist with daily sales, stock and operational reports.
• Ensure the outlet is properly maintained and ready for daily operations.
• Take charge of the outlet in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
