Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned kitchen supervisor to ensure smooth operations across stations, uphold brand standards, and keep food quality consistent.

You will lead a team, manage schedules, and enforce hygiene and Halal compliance while meeting service targets and reducing waste.

This role requires 3–5 years in kitchen leadership, hands-on approach, and availability for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years kitchen experience (preferably in F&B chain).
• Experience managing a kitchen team.
• Able to lead by example and work hands-on.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between stations.
• Maintain fast and consistent food production.
• Ensure food is served within target timing and identify bottlenecks.
• Manage food cost within target; monitor inventory and wastage.
• Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff; ensure SOP compliance and hygiene standards.
