Job summary

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Management-level professional to oversee daily restaurant operations, including restaurants/bars and room service where applicable. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years F&B experience.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and supervise staff.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Review staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Lead and coach the food and beverage team; develop goals and plans to improve productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards, and applicable laws.
