Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a client in the F&B industry that is expanding and seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Penang, Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring restaurants run smoothly and efficiently, while leading a motivated team.

The ideal candidate will manage shifts, oversee side duties, train and motivate servers, and introduce improvements to operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage a duty shift without supervision
• Manage assigned side duties & responsibility well
• Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates

Education
