Job summary

A&W Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking crew members to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will greet customers, take orders, and help prepare a variety of products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Perform various functions to ensure the delivering of excellent customer experience – from the quality and hygiene of the food served, the service process, and the cleanliness of the store environment.

Responsibilities:

• To welcome and greet all customers with a smile
• Performs order processing – takes accurate food orders from guests in a fast and timely manner
• Responsible for preparing all of A&W’s product varieties, following the established standard procedures
• To keep the restaurant and the equipment clean and inviting
• Participates actively with other crew members and managers to meet sales target during your shift
• Ensures items are well stocked
• Ensures fast and timely food service to guests, adhering to A&W’s food safety guidelines
• Completes other assigned tasks.
