A&W Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking crew members to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will greet customers, take orders, and help prepare a variety of products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: No experience required. SPM leaver / fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with people & serve people.
• Team player and willing to learn new skills and comply to the standard.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all customers with a smile.
• Performs order processing – takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Responsible for preparing all products following established procedures.
• Keep the restaurant and equipment clean and inviting.
• Participate with crew and managers to meet sales targets during shift.
• Ensure items are well stocked.
• Adhere to A&W’s food safety guidelines.
• Complete other assigned tasks.
