Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Resource Management – Team Lead to guide workforce efforts across AP Field Service, improving utilization and forecasting accuracy. You will reduce external resource dependency and enable strategic workforce planning in the region.

Lead cross-border resource allocation, develop capacity models, and partner with leaders to close skill gaps while driving a data-driven planning culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce planning, resource management, or field service leadership.
• Strong forecasting and analytics capabilities.
• Experience with scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization management.
• Experience with planning systems such as Power BI, SAP, Salesforce or Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategies aligned with outage demand forecasts and capacity planning.
• Allocate Field Service resources across AP, optimizing utilization and cross-border deployment.
• Ensure visibility of certifications and critical skills, addressing gaps with leaders.
• Support hiring, succession planning, and long-term capability development.
• Monitor utilization and productivity, deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead digital workforce planning initiatives and adoption of planning tools and AI forecasting.

As Resource Management – Team Lead, you'll lead workforce and resource management across AP Field Service operations — maximizing utilization, optimizing resource allocation, and sharpening forecasting accuracy. You'll play a key role in reducing external resource dependency and enabling effective workforce planning across the region.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Develop workforce strategies aligned with outage demand forecasts, and maintain regional capacity planning and availability models
• Manage allocation of Field Service resources across AP, optimizing utilization and cross-border deployment while reducing reliance on external resources
• Ensure visibility of certifications, competencies, and critical skills, and partner with functional leaders to address competency gaps
• Support hiring, succession planning, and long-term capability development pathways
• Monitor resource utilization and productivity performance, developing workforce dashboards and data-driven recommendations for leadership
• Lead digital workforce planning initiatives, supporting adoption of resource planning tools, automation, and AI-driven forecasting

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience in workforce planning, resource management, operations, or field service leadership
• Good understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting
• Experience with scheduling, capacity planning, and utilization management
• Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, or planning systems experience desirable
• Leadership experience within a matrix organization
• An interest in promoting transparency, fairness, and a data-driven planning culture
