About the role

We are seeking an experienced Resort/Hotel Manager to join in Lumut, Perak & Kota Tinggi, Johor. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee all operational aspects of a hospitality establishment. As Resort/Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and driving the financial performance of the property. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment whilst managing staff, operations, and business objectives effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operational activities of the resort or hotel, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Exceptional customer service mindset and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems and software applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Recognised hospitality management qualification or relevant certification is advantageous
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
