Job summary

Meili Resort Hotel Sdn Bhd in Semporna, Sabah seeks a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

You will lead the service team, prepare rosters, coordinate with Kitchen and F&B, monitor service quality, and handle inquiries professionally.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory F&B experience, a Diploma in Hospitality or related field, and be willing to work rotating shifts. Based at the Semporna resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 3–5 years of working experience in F&B operations, preferably in hotel/resort/restaurant.
• Previous supervisory experience in restaurant operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest experience.
• Lead and monitor the service team and duties.
• Prepare staff rosters and schedules for optimal manpower coverage.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, stations, and equipment readiness.
• Monitor service quality and accuracy of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, Front Office and other departments for efficient service.
