Job summary

Plus Xnergy is seeking a dynamic professional in Kuala Lumpur to engage homeowners and clients, understand energy needs, and present smart, sustainable solar solutions. You will lead value-focused discussions, deliver excellent pre- and post-sales service, and travel within Peninsular Malaysia with the team.

As the face of Plus Xnergy, you will collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to meet customer needs, grow solar offerings, and participate in roadshows and events to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Own vehicle and willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Strong spoken and written proficiency in major languages.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and clients to understand energy needs and offer smart, sustainable solutions.
• Lead discussions and presentations that clearly communicate our value and offerings.
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after sales, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Visit sites with the team to assess customer needs.
• Be the face of Plus Xnergy to customers — trusted, professional, and solutions-focused.
• Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to ensure customer needs are fully met.
• Get creative with ideas to grow our residential solar and energy-saving product offerings.
• Represent Plus Xnergy in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to build awareness and generate leads.
• Support other business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
