Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Reporting & Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards across HR modules. You will optimise calculated fields and deliver insights to HR and business leaders, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to define requirements.

Ideal candidates will have deep Workday HCM knowledge, experience building dashboards, and familiarity with other HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or

• Strong expertise in Custom Reports, Advanced Report Types and Calculated Fields.
• Experience in designing and creating dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of Workday HCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and worklets.
• Build and optimise calculated fields to support complex reporting requirements.
• Deliver workforce analytics and insights for HR and business leaders.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide reporting solutions.
• Develop cross-functional reports across HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Absence, and related modules.
• Support Workday releases, upgrades, testing, and reporting validation activities.
• Collaborate with external AMS providers to troubleshoot issues and implement reporting enhancements.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to improve reporting adoption and self-service capabilities.
• Analyse data trends and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Reporting & Analytics Specialist should have:

• Strong expertise in Custom Reports, Advance Report Types and Calculated Fields.
• Experience in designing and creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
• Experience with other HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Darwinbox is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges.
