Qualifications

Repair & Test Technician role based in Senai, Johor, responsible for performing visual inspections, conducting comprehensive tests to identify defective components, executing Engineering Change Order (ECO) upgrades, and maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy within a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

What will be your main task:

Perform thorough visual inspections of products prior to testing to ensure readiness and compliance with quality protocols.

Conduct comprehensive tests to identify defective components or areas, accurately logging all findings within the return merchandise authorization (RMA) repair database.

Execute Engineering Change Order (ECO) upgrades precisely as required to implement design or process modifications.

Adhere strictly to supervisor instruction and established testing procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Comply with standardized testing procedures and schedules to consistently meet daily production demands and quality targets.

Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy within a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

Strictly follow all company and production department policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity and safety.

Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
